Founded by Sandra Atkinson, The Lady Engineer is a multidisciplinary engineering and project management consultancy based in North Queensland, delivering clarity, rigour, and confidence across the full asset lifecycle — from concept through to operations.

With over 15 years of experience spanning civil, structural, geotechnical and systems engineering, Sandra has led delivery of complex projects across mining, infrastructure, and building sectors — from major hospital redevelopments and port facilities to tailings dams, marine research centres and remote asset programs.
